The filter press deep dewatering drying integrated machine is applied to the efficient dewatering of sludge in industrial sewage treatment plants, using the variable chamber diaphragm press filter unit composed of filter plate, rubber-plastic elastomer diaphragm filter plate and special filter cloth to dewater sludge for the first time under the condition of the oil cylinder pressing the filter plate with the pressure of the feed pump, and at the end of the feed, the sludge after the first dewatering will be dewatered in a second press by the variable chamber diaphragm press technology. After the first dewatering, the sludge is dewatered by the second pressing and dewatering with the variable chamber diaphragm pressing technology, so that the water content of the sludge reaches 50~58%, which achieves the significant reduction and stabilisation of the sludge and can be directly disposed of in a harmless and resourceful way.
Chamber filter press: the use of filter media will be discrete particles of refractory solids from the liquid separation of a pressurised filtration equipment, with a unit filtration area occupies less land, strong adaptability to the material, high filtration pressure, low moisture content of the cake, simple operation, easy maintenance, less failure, long life, etc., is the structure of all pressurised filtration machine in the simplest, the lowest operating costs, the most widely used type of filtration equipment.
It is the simplest structure, the lowest running cost and the most widely used filter equipment among all pressurised filters.
Diaphragm filter press: with the assistance of the feed pump, the filtered material will be input into the filter chamber of the equipment, in the filter chamber through the filter cloth (general filter cloth can only let the liquid and very small solid particles through), the liquid will be dialysed out of the filter cloth, and the solids will be intercepted in the filter cloth, so that the role of the general filter press equipment is completed. The characteristic of diaphragm filter press is that it can carry out secondary drying and pressing of filter cake, the special design of its filter chamber makes it possible to automatically close the feed valve after the filter chamber is filled with filter cake, pass gas or liquid into the filter chamber, make the filter cloth expand and deform, so as to achieve the effect of secondary pressing of the filter cake and further reduce the water.
Plate and frame filter press needle: weak acid, weak alkali, and not organic solvents filter material is more ideal, plate and frame filter press to change the past split fixed to save energy consumption after feeding, rubber diaphragm drum film more fully, the use of pressure and gas volume is relatively small, can greatly reduce energy consumption. Plate and frame filter press can meet the filtration process of high-efficiency dewatering, and can ensure that the filter press to play the best filtration effect. The use of plate and frame filter press can largely reduce the water content of the filter cake and greatly improve the yield.
